Service Description

Trace.Direct is a SaaS platform offering informational investigative tools: OSINT, blockchain tracing, and AI guidance. We do not provide legal or financial services.

Client Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their use of the platform and any decisions made from outputs. Trace.Direct provides informational analysis only.

Payments & Refunds

All charges take place inside the web app after signup. Unlocking paid reports or analyst work constitutes commencement of work. Once work has commenced, payments are final. We will not make unsolicited calls prior to signup.

Acceptable Use

Use must be lawful. No illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity. Violators may be suspended or terminated.

Limitation of Liability

Users acknowledge and accept that Trace.Direct and Cyberops Systems Ltd. disclaim liabilities arising from use of the service. We do not accept responsibility for lost funds, business losses, or other damages that may result from use of the platform.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Cyberops Systems Ltd. harmless from claims arising from their use or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in Israeli courts.

Updates

We may update these terms; continued use indicates acceptance.

Testimonials & Reenactments

Testimonial content may include AI-assisted reenactments. Users submitting content confirm legal right and consent to anonymized/reenacted use.
